Summer Academy -Singing our Faith 

It is often said music is the universal language. We certainly believe music helps us to express our faith, as the Christian tradition has always had close ties to making music. One of the founders of the Methodist movement, Charles Wesley, was known to take bar songs and turn them into hymns!

Beginning on June 7, we will have Summer Academy, where we learn about our faith through the gift of music. Throughout the summer, different individuals will have the opportunity to teach about music and how it has impacted their faith or how God has used music to help heal or tell their faith story. This opportunity will be for all ages, and we are joining with our friends from Grace Episcopal Church for this exploration and spiritual formation. Come join us as we discover the gift of music and faith!
