As Pike Road UMC gathers in a sanctuary, we observe some of the traditional components of worship with hymns, occasional praise song, creeds, prayers, the proclamation of the Word (usually around 15 to 20 minutes,), and the receiving of Holy Communion every Sunday. We are rooted in receiving these practices as they point us to the good news of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. 

The building we worship in is the sanctuary of Grace Episcopal Church every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. 

We hope you will come as you are to Pike Road UMC, no dress code required! We have people who come dressed in shorts and t-shirts, and people who are dressed up in coats and dress clothes. Come as you feel comfortable! 

You are more than welcome to bring coffee or water, or whatever helps you wake up in the morning. While the worshipping space is traditional, there is also a laid back atmosphere as we gather together to worship.
